This is a Chinese name; the family name is Dian.

Dian Man, the son of Dian Wei, was a military general during the Three Kingdoms era (189 – 265) of China. When his father was killed, Dian Man continued to serve the Cao Wei Leader Cao Cao. Cao Cao is said to have promoted Dian Man to a commander major and kept him by his side.
