Diallo Telli

Diallo Telli (or Boubacar Telli Diallo) (1925 – 1977) was a Guinean diplomat and political figure. He helped found the Organisation of African Unity in 1963. He was the first secretary-general between 1964 and 1972. He was executed by starvation by Sekou Toure.[1]
