Tel Tel Boy (テルテルボーイ?), renamed Dialbolic in the English dub, is a cellular phone-type Machine Choujin. He is Mantarou's debut match opponent and his weakness is water and other liquids. His name comes from teru teru bozu, a doll made from a tied up piece of cloth that ensures skies stay clear and rain doesn't fall.
