Diagoras GS is a football club based in Rhodes, Greece. It was founded in 1905. Diagoras is named after the island's famous hero Diagoras. The team was first played under Ottoman Rule until their short lived independence of the Dodecanese in 1912. No matches were held during the Balkan Wars and it did not play with Greek teams until the Dodecanese joined the rest of Greece in 1947. The team was dissolved in 1929 and was not recreated until 1945, just prior to the union with Greece.

In 1987 the club reached semifinals of Greek Cup, losing to OFI.
