Dhartzell is the user name for Mr. David M. Hartzell (b. 1958), a resident of St. Simons Island, Georgia.

Mr. Hartzell is a computer programmer and systems analyst, specializing in designing custom business solutions using Microsoft Visual FoxPro. He is the creator of the HDS Form Framework, an application framework that enables a user to store and manipulate current data with on-the-fly code, and to archive old data and code so that data is not lost in table migrations.
