[edit] Non-geographical districts

Is there a source for DH98 being used by BT? It's quite plausible, and I'm pretty sure DH97 is used by the passport office and DH99 by National Savings next door. I wouldn't want to put these in the table without some evidence that this is their exclusive purpose. 17:07, 18 July 2007 (UTC)
