Purpose of use	My rationale for fair use is to illustrate the article on the ballet La Bayadère which was created for educational purposes. No free equivalent of the image exists or could be created that could adequately give the same information. The article discusses Rudolf Nureyev's revival of La Bayadère for the Paris Opera at length. Since no free images of any of Nureyev's revival are available, fair use is justified. The use of this image in the article does not encrouch in any way on the copyright holder.
