The Stonehenge Company of Gahanna, Ohio, develops quality residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in the greater Columbus area. Combining commercial and residential capabilities, Stonehenge is now working with local city governments to create innovative, pedestrian friendly, mixed-use town centers (See Mixed-Use Projects).
Stonehenge employs approximately 45 people with extensive experience in development, construction, marketing, sales, and leasing. The company also oversees and manages residential communities in Gahanna, New Albany, Columbus, and Grove City, and office properties in Dublin and Worthington.

The Stonehenge Company of was founded in 1987 as a residential property developer by Mo Dioun. The company experienced significant growth thoroughout the early-to-mid 1990s as the company participated in 1992’s Building Industry Association of Central Ohio’s Parade of Homes and built homes throughout New Albany, Ohio valued at $1 million to $4 million. During this time, The Stonehenge Company brought in revenues of up to $9 million.
In the early 2000’s, the company expanded into luxury condos and was named Gahanna’s Residential Developer of the Year in 2002.
The Stonehenge Company began to move into mixed-use developments in 2003 with the planning and later development of Creekside Gahanna, which celebrated its official grand opening in May 2008.

The Stonehenge Company was master developer for Creekside Gahanna, a 240,000 square-foot mixed-use town center developed in partnership with the City of Gahanna. The development features 71 luxury condominiums, public plazas, and more than 100,000 square feet of retail and office space. The development celebrated its official grand opening on May 1, 2008

BriHi Square is a 22,000 square foot mixed use development located in the historic district of Dublin, Ohio. The development will feature commercial, restaurant and retail businesses in two, two-story buildings along with two public plazas, two waterfalls and new public parking options.A groundbreaking was held for the project on May 15, 2008 and is scheduled for completion in Summer 2009.

A 550,000 square foot mixed-use development located in Columbus, Ohio located on property that previously housed Northland Mall. The 480 millon project began its first phase of construction in March 2008 and is scheduled for completion in 2009.
