[edit] Lao language request

Would you please help put this text Image:Laosnamestrip.jpg into the organization name on the article Scouting in Laos? I am just guessing with ສກຖຈາລ as the transliteration, I honestly don't know and need help before the rabid deletionists remove the image this week. Thanks Chris 02:04, 26 June 2007 (UTC)

Thank you, that's great! Chris 15:42, 26 June 2007 (UTC)
Hello! One more thing, and sorry for bugging you. When you get back from vacation, the Wikipedia:Graphic Lab is working on artwork related to Laos, and we need some help to get the proper Lao language text into the artwork. We still need to determine what the rounded scroll says in this badge Image:Laosfull.jpg and what characters are used. Please visit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Graphic_Lab/Images_to_improve#Scouting_in_Laos and see if you can help! I really appreciate your help! Chris 21:44, 1 July 2007 (UTC)
Thanks and sorry, what I meant was this one: Image:Laos.svg which they already figured out and fixed for me beautifully! But I do so appreciate your time and energy! :) Chris 22:00, 31 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] License tagging for Image:Laoname Dezwitser.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Laoname Dezwitser.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
