Dexter by Design is an upcoming 2008 novel written by Jeff Lindsay.
This is the fourth book in the Dexter series, preceded by the 2004 novel Darkly Dreaming Dexter (which formed the basis of the Showtime television series Dexter), Dearly Devoted Dexter, its 2005 sequel, and Dexter in the Dark, the third installment, released in 2007.
Online retailer Amazon.co.uk currently lists the book for release in the UK (ISBN 0-75-288517-0) for 27 November 2008. Release information for the US has yet to be issued.
