[edit] Human security

Given the important relationship between development studies and human security and the emergence of human security in international discourse, I felt this article would benefit from a brief paragraph on the relationship between the two. I have attempted to demonstrate how human security brings a fresh approach to development issues and how it defines development and security as inseperable issues.
