This list seems incomplete. Where is e.g. France and Norway?

The article only talks about Germany, not about West Germany and East Germany as separate. Why, then, does the map only include West Germany. This should be fixed before the map is re-inserted back into the article. Ronline ✉ 09:42, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
