Devin Thomas (born November 15, 1986 in Ann Arbor, Michigan) is an American football wide receiver for the Washington Redskins of the National Football League. He played collegiately for the Michigan State Spartans. He was regarded by some as a top-five prospect at his position in the 2008 NFL Draft.[1] He played high school football at Canton High School in Canton, Michigan. As a sophomore at Michigan State he had only 6 catches. Thomas exploded his Junior year with 79 catches, 1260 yards, and 8 touchdowns. Thomas was given the nickname "showtime" while at MSU. On April 26, 2008, the Washington Redskins selected Thomas with the 34th draft selection in the 2nd round of the 2008 NFL Draft.
