DeviceVM, Inc. is a privately held software company founded in 2006 and headquartered in Silicon Valley with offices in Taiwan and China. DeviceVM's first product, named Splashtop, is an ‘instant-on’ Linux-based computing platform designed for fast, efficient computing. The company partners with OEMs and manufacturers to integrate its core technology into personal computers worldwide[1]. The firm has raised $20.5M in venture capital from DFJ Dragon, Sumitomo, Presidio, and WR Hambrecht Ventures[2].
