Deviant is an album by the British industrial metal band Pitchshifter, released in 2000 (see 2000 in music). It was a follow up to the commercially successful album www.pitchshifter.com, but was seen by the record label as a disappointment. Promotional videos by DOSE Productions were made for the tracks "Hidden Agenda" and "Dead Battery". The track "Everything's Fucked" was released for radio play in an altered version "Everything Sucks". Jello Biafra makes an appearance on the track "As Seen on TV".
Before Deviant was released a Promotional CD was given out called Deviant Sampler that was as it says in the title was a sample of "Deviant".
Deviant could be considered their softest album and has less of the eletronic programming that is common in pitchshifter's music but instead contains the most samples and guitar effects.
