Devi Sri Prasad

Devi Sri Prasad(Telugu: దేవి శ్రీ ప్రసాద్) (Tamil: தேவி ஸ்ரீபிரசாத்) (Gandham); born 1982) is a musical director and playback singer in South Indian films, especially Tollywood.

He was born in a small village in East Godavari District(AP), later moved to chennai.Did his schooling in Sir M. Venkatta Subba Rao,T.Nagar and he began his musical-direction career in 1999 with Devi; Devi Sri Prasad was a disciple of Mandlolin Srinivas (U Srinivas) and he has directed music for dozens of South Indian films, including such box-office successes as Manmadhudu, Varsham, Venky, Shankar Dada MBBS, Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana, Shankar Dada Zindabad, Bommarillu and Jalsa. Devi Sri is big fan of Ilaiyaraaja and attended his recent live concert.Devi Sri Prasad has a twin, who sung the song uryire uryrie in the movie Santhosh Subramaian.
