Detroit Wheels (USISL)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Detroit Wheels was a soccer team in the USISL. They were an expansion team for the 1994 season. The team played in the league in 1994 and moved to the USISL Pro League in 1995. Like many other teams in the USISL, the Wheels folded after the 1995 season. The team was replaced in the USISL in 1996 by the Detroit Dynamite, members of the lower-level USISL Premier League, now known as the USL Premier Development League.
