"Destroy Rock & Roll" is a dance track recorded by Mylo. The song appears on the album also entitled Destroy Rock & Roll and was released as a UK single.

The track begins with a severe sampled voice condemning "All perversions of the third eye through distorted and exaggerated images, perverted movements of the body and breakdancing and other forms of dancing." The voice calls for "the destroying of rock music directed specifically against children through the videos that were portrayed" and for "the judgement of the sacred fire of this hour before the throne of Almighty God" on certain individuals.

The song then lists figures from the history of music (almost exclusively 1980s groups). The vocal track sampled, a Church Universal and Triumphant recording, was also used by Negativland on their track "Michael Jackson," on the band's 1987 release "Escape From Noise." The vocal track also provided a key sample for Fatboy Slim's dance hit "Michael Jackson."
