[edit] Personal Life
After playing for many years, he, his wife (Marjorie Lewis) and 3 Sons (Desmond Micheal Lewis Jr. [Who goes by Nick], Phillip Lewis & Christopher St. Aubun Lewis) moved to the United States. They found that the success and fortune that they'd garnered in Jamaica did not follow and ended up spending the '70's and 80's in obscurity and poverty.
They currently live in Lithonia, Georgia. Desmond is occasionally asked to come back and Guest Coach the team he once played for. His sons pursued careers in Semi-Pro Soccer but eventually moved on to more settled lives with their wives and children in North Georgia. Desmond spends most of his days at his oldest sons Auto Shop, Lewis Motorworks.
