Desmond Randolph Chumney (born January 8, 1968 in St. Kitts) is a Canadian cricketer. He is a right-handed batsman and a right-arm off-break bowler. He has played 13 One Day Internationals for Canada, including the 2003 World Cup. He has also played in three ICC Intercontinental Cup matches, three ICC Trophy tournaments and the 2004 ICC Americas Championship. Is regarded by many as the backbone of the Canadian batting line up, along with run machine Ian Billcliff
