A design document is stable reference, and outling all parts of a software system, their individual operation as well as their interaction. The document should give a fairly complete description while maintaining a high-level view of the software.

Design document listing is a usage based list available for the connvenience of the developers. It acts as a "to-do List" for the software developers. As a result the Client side team can receive the requirements that can be used for User Acceptance Testing.
