Desert Ridge Middle School is a middle school in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is located in the Northeast Heights region of Albuquerque, and has been operational since the 1997-1998 school year. To date, Desert Ridge has had the highest standardized test scores among middle schools in the Albuquerque public school system[citation needed]. The student population is approximately 1,000. The boundaries run east from Sandia Heights to Edith on the west, south from Paseo Del Norte to Tramway on the north.
