Des Moore

Des Moore is an Australian economist and political commentator. He was deputy secretary of the Federal Treasury until 1987. From 1987 to 1996 he worked for the Institute of Public Affairs.
Since 1996 he has been the Director of the Institute for Private Enterprise, a thinktank he established to promote free enterprise views. He is also a Councillor at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute.
