Des Meagher (born March 7, 1944) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Hawthorn in the VFL.

Meagher was a left footed wingman and was recruited to Hawthorn from Old Xaverians. He debuted for his new club in 1966 and such was his swift rise that by the following season he was playing interstate football for Victoria. In 1971 he played in the Hawk's winning Grand Final against St Kilda, it would be his only premiership.
