BattleBots: Design & Destroy is a video game based on the BattleBots license for Game Boy Advance. Players create and manage a team of BattleBots. It is said to be the sequel to BattleBots: Beyond the BattleBox; but it actually is the same game released under a different name, possibly to pick up sales based on gamers confusing it with the more successful PC game Robot Arena 2: Design & Destroy released on February 13, 2003.
The gameplay begins by the player creating their own robot, then competing in 4 matches per weight class while acheiving various sponsorships and awards. Each of the 4 weight classes has 4 popular robots against which one can compete. There is also a mode in which one can play as the premade robots.
