This image is a derivative work of a book cover or album art. The publisher of the product or the artist who created it likely hold a copyright independent of the licence issued by the author of the derivative work. Unless it can be established that the owner has licensed the original work under a free licence OR if the artist holds the copyright, that the artist died more than 70 years ago OR that the work is ineligible for copyright the image may be deleted. If proof that the image is free is not provided soon and fair use is not claimed the image will be deleted.
