I question the need for this article, which contains not much more than can be place in the Evans, NY article. Stepp-Wulf 01:00, 6 October 2006 (UTC).

Hundreds of NYS Hamlets have articles. Most are about this long. IMHO, (and as I am the creator of the article you should take it with a grain of salt) if someone can get a piece of mail from "Derby, NY", they should be able to look up in an encyclopedia where exactly that is. --CastAStone|(talk) 03:28, 6 October 2006 (UTC)

I grew up in Derby, NY, so I felt compelled to add at least a mention of our Frank Lloyd Wright house. We also have a Kazoo factory, several Lake side parks and a famous strip of Beach bars in the Town of Evans, if you are interested in that kind of thing.
