Talk:Der Ring des Nibelungen: Composition of the text/Comments

B Class. This excellent, well-written article has everything necessary for A Class status - except illustrations. These are necessary for A Class according to the Wagner Project Quality Scale. -- Kleinzach 08:02, 10 September 2007 (UTC)
B Class. This is an excellent thorough article, but it does need to be wikified before we go for Good Article status. I suggest looking at WP:WIAGA for the standards expected. The two things which particularly struck me were that the Wikipedia:Lead section is not a summary of the article - some information needs to be moved down or repeated into the body of the article, others such as how long RW worked on the text need to be summarised - and that a lot more needs to be referenced, for example the satyr play speculation. Once the article has achieved GA, A class will be routine.--Peter cohen 10:57, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
Upper end of B Class. Agree with Kleinzach about illustrations. The References section needs looking at - if not cited in any existing or future notes, these should form part of an annotated Ring Bibliography, probably on a separate page. I also noticed that Note 25 doesn't seem to be linked to anything in the text. --GuillaumeTell 21:36, 14 September 2007 (UTC)
