Derrymore, County Armagh

Derrymore (Doire Mór in Irish) is a small village in County Armagh, Northern Ireland, on the shores of Lough Neagh. In the 2001 Census it had a population of 243 people. It lies within the Craigavon Borough Council area.

The village is a linear settlement comprising residential development and a primary school, but no other community facilities.

Derrymore is derived from the Gaelic "daoire mór" which means large oak, or oak forest.
