Derry Brownson

Derry Brownson (born 10 November 1970, Gloucester, UK) is an English musician, best known as a member of the indie dance band, EMF.

Brownson formed the band Flowerdrum with his brother Leigh, whilst running a surf shop in Cinderford, Gloucestershire, before joining EMF as keyboard / sampler player in 1989. After the break up of EMF, Brownson formed the band LK (this time as drummer), again with brother Leigh Brownson, and later formed Cooler. Brownson has also worked with the Bentley Rhythm Ace project, and is now releasing solo material via his website.
