Derrick Mayes (born January 28, 1974 in Indianapolis, Indiana) is a former professional American football player who played wide receiver for the Seattle Seahawks, the Green Bay Packers, and the Kansas City Chiefs from 1996 to 2001.
Mayes played college football at the University of Notre Dame from 1993 to 1996. He held the school record for career touchdown reception until the record was broken by Jeff Samardzija.
