Derek Green

Derek Green is a Canadian jurist and current Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador.

Green is a rumoured candidate to replace Supreme Court of Canada Justice Michel Bastarache.^[1] If appointed, Green would be the first Newfoundlander to sit on the High Court.
