Department of Home Affairs (Isle of Man)

The Department of Home Affairs ensures the safety, protection and security of the the Isle of Man.
The Department is responsible for the police, the Fire and Rescue Service, the Prison Service, the Probation Service, emergency planning and Civil Defence.
The department also licences fireworks displays, maintains a register of security staff authorised to work at licensed premises, and provides support and resources to the Gambling Control Commission.
The current Minister of Home Affairs is Martyn Quayle MHK.
