[edit] Amur leopard

This article says South Korea's last leopard was shot here in 1960, but http://www.wildanimals.or.kr/화보집.pdf (page 11/21) says there was one on Jirisan in 1963. Wikipeditor 17:33, 28 October 2006 (UTC)

Interesting; Won's 2004 한국의 포유동물 says quite clearly that there is no record of an Amur leopard sighted in Korea since 1960: "덕유산에서 1960년 채집된 이후 관찰된 기록이 없으며..." (p. 159). Curious. -- Visviva 04:52, 3 November 2006 (UTC)
