[edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:PICT2058.JPG)

Thanks for uploading Image:PICT2058.JPG. I notice the 'image' page currently specifies that the image is unlicensed for use on Wikipedia and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Gay Cdn (talk) (Contr.) 21:10, 7 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Pic above

Never noticed that you uploaded that - will fix tag and add to Pres Bray article. By the way, are you still editing on WP? Joseph door's open 18:11, 12 November 2006 (UTC)

Edit: I'm unable to change the tag because I didn't create the image - this is the relevent tag if you want to add it:

{{pd-self}}

otherwise the image will be deleted. Joseph door's open 18:18, 12 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Half a sixpence arts

I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Half a sixpence arts, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia, or, if you disagree with the notice, discuss the issues at its talk page. Removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, but the article may still be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached, or if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria. zadignose 09:13, 15 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Care for kids

Hi Denzillacey, I've tagged this for speedy deletion as it seems to be a direct cut-and-paste from http://www.98fm.ie/Newsite/Promotion/RADIOTHON/default.asp. Apart from this it unfortunately reads as an advertisement. Please yell at me if I've got this wrong - Peripitus (Talk) 11:54, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Live Drive

A {{prod}} template has been added to the article Live Drive, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice explains why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. -FisherQueen (Talk) 20:51, 13 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] AfD nomination of Live Drive

I've nominated Live Drive, an article you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but in this particular case I do not feel that Live Drive satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion; I have explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Live Drive and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Live Drive during the discussion but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. -FisherQueen (Talk) 20:56, 13 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Notability of 87.9 Live FM

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on 87.9 Live FM, by Rackabello (talk ยท contribs), another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because 87.9 Live FM seems to be about a person, group of people, band, club, company, or web content, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not assert the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting 87.9 Live FM, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. --Android Mouse Bot 2 16:05, 30 July 2007 (UTC)

For that nice message you sent me and learning how to use edit summaries, I'm presenting you with your own set of ordinary (giant) playing cards! Chwech 16:24, 10 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] WWR

At the end of the day, Denzil, we here at the real WWR take issue with your support of those fakers, no doubt about it WWR 16:51, 14 September 2007 (UTC)

Bottom line is, Denzil, Bebo links are allowed on Wikipedia and we here at WWR have not spammed any articles, and let's touch on that WWR 15:21, 16 September 2007 (UTC)

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on World wrestling revolution. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Please do not repeatedly revert edits, but use the talk page to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. [edit] Unspecified source for Image:Talklogo.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Talklogo.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 04:11, 9 November 2007 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Jusjih 04:11, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
