Thank you for your message. I use a status switcher script made by Misza13 which can be found at User:Misza13/Scripts/Status_switcher. Hope that helps. Unfortunately, it doesn't change status automatically. If you read the Non-free content article which I linked, it should be very clear why those pictures were removed. Their use on articles as descriptors of content is generally allowed under Fair-use principles. Their use on user pages is not. That article I linked to explains everything very clearly.
