Child pornography is no longer "alleged" after a conviction. --John Henry 20:16, 16 October 2005 (UTC)

• Vacco did not obtain any convictions for child pornography during his campaign. A plea bargain to fourth degree facilitation is rather different.

• The deletion of the relevant $500,000 fine demonstrates the real intention here. --Gorgonzilla 22:34, 16 October 2005 (UTC)
