Talk:Denali Highway
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The article on eskers cites the Denali Highway as one that was built on an esker; this article doesn't mention the fact. Anyone care to elaborate? Mwanner | Talk 23:14, 5 October 2007 (UTC)
- This is definitely true; while I didn't get a chance to take a picture of the esker, it is definitely referenced in the Bureau of Land Management packet that either I have, or should be available online someplace. The esker is located at about milepost 35 or 36. —Rob (talk) 04:37, 6 October 2007 (UTC)
