[edit] Finding selected article candidates
Any dental-related article on the English Wikipedia that you believe to be of good quality can be a selected article candidate. The article may be a Featured Article, a Wikipedia Good Article, or not. Though Featured and Good Articles usually demonstrate the highest quality found on wikipedia, other articles of interesting subjects may be used since the limited number of dental editors restricts the amount of dental articles to choose from. For candidates that are not Featured or Good Articles, please provide a reason for why the topic may deserve to be a selected article.
Articles that win support will be listed here. Previous discussion about nominated articles will be archived here.
[edit] Nominating articles
- Click on the "Edit"-button for the "Current nominations" section.
- Above the other listed candidates, type === [[ARTICLE NAME]] ===, replacing "Article name" with the name of the article you want to nominate.
- On the following line, add your reasons for nominating the article and then sign your nomination with ~~~~.
- Then add {{DentistrySAC}} template to the nominated article's talk page.
[edit] Supporting and objecting
- If you approve of an article, write "Support" below the nomination, followed by your reasons for supporting it.
- If you oppose a nomination, write "Oppose", followed by the reasons for your objection. Where possible, objections should provide a specific rationale that can be addressed.
- To withdraw an objection, strike it out (with <s>...</s>) rather than removing it.
