[edit] About Dennis
Dennis became Joe Sugden's partner in Home Farm after Alan Turner sold his shares of the building to him. Dennis was also a dodgey business man and quarry owner. He planned on destroying a large area of land in Emmerdale (then Beckindale) to create a new quarry, making him very unpopular with the viligers.
Needless to say, Dennis met his maker eventually, but not due to the villigers - he literally had a run in with a bull while he was trespassing on the Emmerdale Out Buildings.
