Dennis Burkley (born September 10, 1945) is an American character actor who has appeared in countless films and television shows since the 1970s. He is recognized for his large frame (6'3", 300 lbs.), beard and Southern accent. In 2005, he wrote and directed a film titled Repetition. He played a small role in My Name Is Earl.
Burkley was born in Van Nuys, California, the son of Imogene (née Ware) and Henry Burkley.[1] He grew up in Grand Prairie, Texas.
