Dennis-Yarmouth Regional High School is a suburban public high school (grades 9-12) in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts. It opened in 1957 and was expanded and renovated in 1979 and again in 2006. It serves the Barnstable County towns of Yarmouth and Dennis and is the third largest high school (in terms of student population) on Cape Cod with approximately 1,200 students. It is located on 210 Station Avenue in South Yarmouth, south of the Mid Cape Highway.

Dennis-Yarmouth's S.T.A.N.D.(Student Taking Action Now: Darfur) group ran the "No Prom For Darfur" in March of 2007 raising money and awareness for the people suffering a genocide in Darfur, Sudan. The group was featured on WBZ news on March 9, 2007 http://wbztv.com/topstories/SaveDarfur.com.Dennis.2.585617.html

A notable alumna is Amy Jo Johnson, who portrayed the Pink Power Ranger in the 1993 television series Mighty Morphin Power Rangers as well as Julie Emrick in the WB series Felicity. In an interview for the E! Entertainment Network, Johnson divulged that because of trouble she and another boy used to get into, they were barred from graduating with the rest of their High School class. They were eventually allowed to graduate in a separate ceremony only for them in 1989.
