Denis Briand

Denis Briand is a former Canadian diplomat. He was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Guinea followed by High Commissioner to Sierra Leone then Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Burkina Faso.
