Denelle Balfour

Denelle Balfour is a Canadian journalist. She currently serves as CTV National News Halifax Bureau Chief. Balfour previously reported from various Central American locations including Mexico, Cuba and Haiti. She has also been a part-time instructor at British Columbia Institute of Technology and has won numerous awards.
