Dendropsophus werneri is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is endemic to Brazil. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical seasonally wet or flooded lowland grassland, swamps, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, pastureland, and seasonally flooded agricultural land.
