Dendropsophus subocularis is a species of frog in the Hylidae family. It is found in Colombia and Panama. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, rural gardens, heavily degraded former forest, and ponds. It is threatened by habitat loss.
