Dendrobium loddigesii is a species of orchid of the Dendrobium genus and native to Laos, southern China, and Hong Kong. The plant is usually found at altitudes 1000-1500 metres above sea level. Their pseudo bulbs are similar in structure to the Dendrobium genus complex, but they branch freely and roots form from each branch in normal growth.
The flowers are fragrant and around 5 cm across. Petals are lilac in colour, the sepals are purple, and the lips are reddish orange.
