Den Bommel

The town centre (darkgreen) and the statistical district (lightgreen) of Den Bommel in the municipality of Oostflakkee.

Den Bommel (51°43′N, 4°17′E) is a town in the Dutch province of South Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Oostflakkee, and lies about 14 km south of Spijkenisse.

In 2001, the town of Den Bommel had 1214 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.24 km², and contained 491 residences.[1] The slightly larger statistical district "Den Bommel" has a population of around 1390.[2]
