I am an intern at the Heritage Foundation who works for Dr. Carafano. I was asked by him to create a page for him, and he personally approved the article (most of which was taken from the Heritage website).
Can someone at least write back and let me know how i could simply cite the Heritage website so that it is not copyright infringement?
