Demiurg introduction via Kroot

A couple of inconsistencies here. The Demiurg sell the Tau the Ion Cannon technology. Tau have Ion Cannons on their Kass'l Starships when they assault the Tau'n Orks, their first 'major' spacefaring battle, number dozens of capital ships.

However, this is established as well before contact with Kroot. It is not possible that the Kroot introduce the entire race of Demiurg. Perhaps, rather, it is simply that the Kroot introduce the Tau to *more* Demiurg later on.
